Our Custom-Made Promise
Every Caption is a one-of-1 artwork made exclusively for you — 1,000 photographs, your vehicle’s exact VIN paint code, your piece alone. No inventory, no production run. Your artwork does not exist until your order does. Our policy reflects that reality.
Cancellation Window — 72 Hours
You may cancel your order within 72 hours of purchase at no charge, provided production has not yet commenced. Email us at hello@splatchi.com with your order number and we will issue a full refund within 5 business days.
After Production Begins
Once your production slot is confirmed (you will receive a confirmation email within 72 hours of your order), materials specific to your piece have been sourced. At this stage, your order cannot be cancelled or refunded — the work is already yours, in progress.
Artwork Arrives Damaged
If your artwork arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@splatchi.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damage and original packaging
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund. We will not ask you to return the damaged piece.
Delivery Delays
If your order is not delivered within 30 days of the estimated delivery date confirmed at checkout, you may request a full refund under your rights under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002. We will process eligible refunds within 15 days of your written request.
Renditions
Renditions are limited-edition prints (100 per design), produced to order. The same 72-hour cancellation window applies. Once printing has commenced, the sale is final.
